This Refund Policy is to be read in conjunction with Xchievers Strategy Sdn Bhd's (hereinafter referred to as "Xchievers") Standard Terms & Conditions.

Our Service

Xchievers makes available exclusive business entrepreneurial events designed to connect successful individuals and foster potential business collaborations. All our programmes and events are provided on an "as is" basis for your participation, whether as an individual or part of a group.

Given the elite nature of our events, Xchievers undertakes significant bespoke preparatory work, including venue logistics, resource allocation, and curated networking arrangements, immediately upon your registration to ensure maximum value for all participants.

Strictly No Refund Policy

All registrations, ticket purchases, and programme enrolments are final.

Non-Refundable: Due to the extensive logistics and preparatory commitments made by Xchievers, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Payments are non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance.

  • Commitment: By registering, you acknowledge that your seat is reserved exclusively for you. Once payment is processed, it cannot be recovered or refunded.

Event Cancellation by Xchievers

In the unlikely event that Xchievers Strategy Sdn Bhd cancels an event for any reason (e.g., speaker unavailability, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances):

  • Full Refund: Participants will be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee paid.
  • Alternative: At the participant's option, the fee may instead be credited toward a future event or the rescheduled date of the cancelled event.
  • Limitation: Xchievers is not responsible for any outside costs incurred by the participant (such as flights or hotel bookings) due to an event cancellation.

Substitution & Transfer Policy

While participant-initiated refunds are not permitted, you may request to transfer your seat to another individual:

  • Eligibility: The substitute must meet the professional criteria or theme of the specific event.
  • Notice: Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event commencement.
  • Approval: All transfers are subject to final approval by Xchievers to maintain the quality of the networking environment.

By using our website, or purchasing a ticket to an Xchievers event, you hereby consent to this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes to Our Refund Policy

Xchievers reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our official platform and will apply to all subsequent purchases.
